14k Omega Case: Authentic Contract Case or Fake?

Hi guys

I have this Omega 14k and I have two different opinions if the case/caseback is genuine. One Omega certified watchmaker says it’s real. The other one says it’s fake. What's your opinion?

IMO this is a contract case and most likely locally produced under Omega license - but I can´t identify the hallmarks

But let's say it is produced locally from a licensed producer. Shouldn't the producer logo be visible like Denisson or Joskes?
