Sure did. Full rotors and bumpers in solid 14ct and 18ct, gold capped, and ss. Several models during the 50's including the 14.324, 14.350, and 14.368.
I found another US production hooded lug model (GX6565) with a case manufactured by a different US contractor. http://www.ebay.com/itm/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&_trksid=p4340.l2557&item=380439181073Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network Interesting that both examples have a glossy black dial. I wasn't sure at first, but maybe they are both original. I'd need to get a better view before saying yes or no. Take care, gatorcpa
I'd bet on a service replacement or refinished dial knowing that (a) that font is from older Seamasters and wasn't around in the 50's and (b) Omega dials, especially black, didn't age so pristinely.
Yeah, I agree. The "Swiss Made" on the one I found doesn't look exactly correct. However, with these US production models anything is possible. gatorcpa
Sure is - salmon / copper! ps - there was a white gold hooded lug Seamaster too: the 14.325. (shown on page 285 of A Journey Through Time)
