My watchmker wants to replace the crown and pushers as part of the service. Are modern replacement parts same as that of the 145.022 69st? He said pushers are corroded and crown is worn. My concern is getting new parts that is not original to the reference.

What should I be asking him and be on the lookout for?

 

Not sure about 145.022s, but I know the Omega replacement pushers for 105.012s have a thinner tube and different method of attaching the cap compared to the originals. It is easily spotted when fitted on the watch.
