I just picked up this 145.012-67 from its first owner who decided to let it go. He had it serviced in 2011, replaced hands, crown, pushers but saved all the parts and is sending. I'm not sure what their condition will be. Dial, case, movement and bracelet are original. Looks like it was polished up a bit but the facets are still sharp. I am happy with the condition. Did I miss anything?

Crystal's replaced too, but that's not a big deal. Might want to have someone check out the dial lume - if it's flaking off, it could end up in the movement and cause problems.
Otherwise, looks great! Really nice bezel on that, and a big  for the stretch-link bracelet (my favorite :D )

Remarkable how good the bezel looks. Is this the original bezel or was a replacement DON sourced at service?

Thanks! Just curious, how can you tell the crystal is replacement?

According to the owner, it's the original bezel as the service never indicated a replacement, but hard to be totally sure I guess.

Crystal replacement isn't uncommon for such an old watch - the crystal will always be scratched, unless the watch was more or less never worn. Sometimes, the scratches on the original are shallow enough that it can be easily polished out, but most of the time it must be replaced. This won't affect the value negatively, though; rather, the original crystal I would think would be more of a value-add on top of the standard setup.

Thanks! I just received the package with some original parts. Looks like the original crystal is included. I probably won't refit it, but nice to have.

that's a great find, specially since he is ending you the parts. Don't replace the Hesalite, just keep the original stored. no one really cares that much about a Crystal when everything else is in such great condition

Are you happy with the price you paid? Demand on these seems to be going up, especially single owner examples

That crystal doesn't look too bad - definitely keep it; you could always get the crystal polished and re-fit if you felt like it.

Looks like you picked yourself up a nice piece!

I'm pretty happy with it. Took a good bit of searching and patience. I moved quick when I found it. I paid $4500, I think it was a good deal based on what I've seen some other examples go for recently.

Any chance we can see a picture of the original parts? :)

Those new hands are so distracting!

I think that's a great price based on some of the other watches being offered recently, especially with the vintage bracelet too! You must have been really quick to purchase it when you found it as I'm sure it would have gotten a lot of interest wherever it was listed for sale.

Authentic crystals are easy to buy. Original ones, not so easy. Not that I'm the most experienced around here, but I've never seen a vintage crystal for sale.

Was the caseback replaced as well? It looks very sharp for a caseback of that age...
