I have a 145.012 that has hands which have been re-lumed. If I wanted to source tritium hands, which would be the best way to source them?

I would say your chances of finding decent vintage tritium hands is close to zero. You may find junk (as above), but likely thats all. Keep looking, but get used to the idea of living with relumed.

Or find a real good relume guy!
Luckily I know a very good one that make some outstanding job... Not on speedy hands here but exactly what I was expecting with lume test OK as well...

If the relume is well done just keep it, Speedmaster parts prices are going too high
100% untouched Speeds are extremly rare by the way...enjoy it as is!
