Hi! Found this piece, pre moon 145.012 for a very considerable price. DON90 bezel, later period original Bracelet. The dial looks like it had some relume done... should I pass on this one or what are you guys thoughts? Caseback has some service inprints. Recent service history is unknown.

Have the indices been painted on? The 10-11 ones look like they are flaked off. But I am no expert so I will be watching to see what the trained eyes flush out with this one.

 

Feel like I've seen that second picture before....it's not coming from Mexico is it?

 

Nice bezel, but the rest looks mediocre. Bit hard to tell from the pics, but it looks like the lume is missing from most of the dial plots (and hands). Personally I would pass on this one, even if the price was low. Lots more out there to choose from.

There's quite a few 145.012's on ebay that have been there for some time some in quite decent condition, better than the one considered here.

 

Agree, I think you can do better with a much nicer dial. Of course depends on the price, and whether its a daily beater or not

 

Seller is located in portugal..he's asking 2100 $ that's the sole reason I took this one in consideration. But whats a bit ( or a lot ) worrying to me is after a quick research i found the exact same pictures in a different forumpost from August..asking the same price ...but a different emailadress and seller name.... smells fishy doesn't it. Guess I have to pass on this one. Thanks for the info guys!

Funy now that you mentioned Mexico i rewatched the video the seller send me and they are talking spanish in the background..def. not portugese.
