The only thing is a service crown.
And need to confirm that pushers are the rights one ?

Pushers look correct and the watch unserviced (usually the pusher tubes are cleaner after a service). Furthermore a 32teeth crown with wide Omega symbol can be original to the 145.012.

 

Several 145.012-67's have puffy lume.
I don't think this looks as a relume either.

Looks really nice overall.

 

I agree, on the close up pics the lume looks original.

‘Rounded ends’ suggest a brush stroke, sweeping from the outer rim, inwards

I have also never seen puffy lume…expand in one direction, but then retract, on the opposite side....it’s not something that floats around the dial…

I would also like to see the inside of the case back ?……for 50 years old,… the outer Hippocampus is suspiciously well defined ?

 

You might be right about the lume, I'm not sure. I agree 100% about the case back. In the pic is a new Omega case back on the left and a `67 on the right. The font on the OPs watch and the cut-outs look to be of the correct vintage but the final "proof" is inside the case back.......
