Little help for a rookie, pretty please. I know a #11 BOR Bracelet (18mm) will fit a Seachero ref. 2990 (sub-seconds), yet will a #12? Thank you very much! Link below for what I’m looking at to possibly buy.

The clasp has been polished to death and the price is at least $100 too high especially considering the clasp condition.

 

But what about the #12 endlinks? I know #11 endlinks fit a Rancher/Seachero, but what about the #12 endlinks?

 

There are small differences between 11 and 12 endlinks; the 11s have a 'folded' leading edge (where the curved edge meets the case of the watch), the 12s have a raw leading edge. They are not completely interchangable as each have a slightly different profile and fit some lug shapes perfectly, however both 11 and 12 should fit well enough.

I am not sure what the consensus is on what the ref 2990 originally came with. Would be interested to see how the 12 endlink fits should you end up winning.

 

I know it’s a few days late, but I just wanna thank you all for the help. I was thankfully saved by a great friend, who happened to have an BOR #11! Fits perfectly.

@X350 XJR, thanks for giving me the heads up on price and polish. Sincerely, us rookies, only learn from your keen eye. FYI, I was going to offer a lot less $$ to start. But getting your opinion made me feel less of a chiseler. Thankfully it never came to that situation.
