    Hey all,

I recently picked up a nice example of a 1175 bracelet (no. 12), but it has 110 endlinks. It came off of an Omega Geneve.

I know that the 633 endlinks tend to be the go-to for late 60s Speedmasters and SM300s, but I am curious if that endlink is compatible with the 1175. Can anyone confirm?

    Thanks a bunch!

20mm 640 end links are the recommended match up with a 1175 bracelet

The date in the chart is 2012 with English in 2014.

The No 12 with 47 endlinks might fit better. It is not covered in the chart, but included in the new post on speedmaster bracelets.
    https://omegaforums.net/threads/fro...ge-seamaster-and-speedmaster-bracelets.45883/

1175 was produced from the begining of '70 till mid-'80. Look from the '60 with square links but no spring links. 30x17mm buckle. It was fitted to Speedmasters 145.022.

The first one was made in 2-71, 1175 (No12) engraved clasp and with 640 endlinks.

The second one has no 1175 on clasp. It has 47 endlinks and is absolutely new old stock from 5-83.

This is my favorite bracelet to put on modern Speedmaster to give then a vintage look. It's less noisy than 1171 and very comfortable.

Fantastic information. Thank you! Because I cannot find 633 or 640 endlinks for what I feel is a reasonable price (sub $80), I splurged on some aftermarket flat end links designed for "all flat vintage Omega bracelets", such as the 1035. Hopefully they fit. They were only $17. [emoji851]

Anyway, I'll make sure to update this thread once I have done some restorative work on the bracelet and can post pictures of it attached to my SM300.

    Thanks again!

Were the aftermarket links from eBay? I have a pair of those and they fit a Speedy very well. I also have a 1175 bracelet and a 'new' SM300, so could try out the combination for you, if you wish.

That would be incredibly useful, thank you! I PM'd you the eBay link so you can make sure they're the same links. I don't think there are any other sellers making them though.

Interesting, I've never seen any aftermarket links that looked like originals... where are the pictures?

@TomGW will post some when he gets the chance. I'd link to the eBay listing to share with you, but I'm not sure if that's allowed. Is it?

They are not visually the same as the original, but they do fit both the bracelet and a Speedmaster very well. I bought a pair in order to fit a generic bracelet and found them to be a good fit.

Here's the eBay item link for these replacement links: https://www.ebay.com/itm/380671788053Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network

They don't appear to be a direct replacement for any particular link, I think they're just supposed to fit old Speedy Pros and SM300s.

Whatever floats your boat, man. Eventually, I wouldn't mind picking up some 633 or 640 links, but the cheapest I've been able to find 633s at was like $84 which seems crazy (to me). Haven't been able to find 640s anywhere.

My Omega official dealer does sell 633 end links for 20.- a piece... 640 are out of stock for a long time (I bought mine NOS by watchco abouttime-ch )

And by the way 633 don't fit 1175..
1171 last link is 8.9 to 9.1 mm and 633 hole is 9.7-9.9mm
    1175 last link is 10 to 10.2mm and 640 (and 47) holes are 10.9 to 11.2mm

Good to know! If the aftermarket links I ordered fit the 1035, 1039, 1506, 7077, and 7912 bracelets, should it fit the 1175? According to the description, this link fits mostly all flat-link vintage Omega bracelets.

Also, $20/piece is very reasonable. If 633s would fit the 1175, I'd contact your boutique in a heartbeat.

These bracelets have more like 9.6-9.8mm links and endlinks that fit them (6, 16, 506, 516) have 10.5 to 10.7mm holes. So if your replacement is let's say 10.7, it's going to be a little too small for a 1175. Or it might be just ok... You'll see. You can file it anyway..
