Hi there, my 69st (71) Speedy originally came on an 1175 bracelet and I'm thinking about getting one. How are these on the wrist? Would love to see some photos!

Thanks!

Love it. Its just a solid rugged look, not trying to get to dressy like the 1171 or 1116. To me its the Speedmaster equivalent of a Rivet bracelet.

Please excuse the non-vintage Speedy...

Looks pretty great fully brushed. How are the adjustments to make the bracelet smaller if needed? Never been able to fit a vintage 1171 without having to remove a folded link.

Here’s my 1971 Speedy Pro with its 1175/640. The 1175 is a great bracelet, but not easy to find as its production period was relatively short. The adjustable clasp makes it easy to size it down without having to remove a link.

Thanks these are great photos! Yep I'm sold. Such a great looking bracelet.

Managed to find one from May 71 (my 69st is from March 71) so feeling lucky. No endlinks though so getting the newer Omega 640 repros.

Thanks again for the great photos.

Are there any 145022-71 produced and delivered with a 1175/640 bracelet?

Yes, but for a relatively brief time.

Arrived today! Watch made March 71, bracelet made May 71. Also found some NOS 640 endlinks. The links a pretty chunky for a flat link, and the removable links have springbars not pins or screws. Feels good to have something period correct.

The 640 end links look nice and tight against the lugs - great option. Enjoy 😀

Does anyone know the part number for the removable link pins (mini spring bars)? My new to me 1175 arrived today and I thought I could adjust the bracelet link but time has not been kind to the removable link spring bar.

anybody know a source to get hold of new push pins for this bracelet,
i have a few pins that dont spring very well and would like them replaced to ensure i have 100% faith in my bracelet when i wear it

I believe It’s a standard spring bar with no shoulders. Don’t remember the size, I just measured one of the others and matched it.
