I'm getting better at evaluating potential pick ups... this is for sale at a reasonable price, but do the elders agree this has service hands, crown, pushers and a relumed dial? And would be expensive/hard to put right. Thanks.

From someone who is not an elder, What's the mvmt number? Dial looks like a modern service dial in the pics. It would be hard, though not impossible to make it right if everything else checks out.

The modern service dials have the applied logo, but no step.

Movement number is within the range.

It's just finding a decent and correct dial that would be tough.. Possible, but tough.

Smitty, I wonder if the seller still has all the original parts, as the watch looks like it's been back to Omega for a service....

Not sure I agree that it's a good price. It has an ok bezel, but new hands and critically, the dial is also new. Furthermore, the case has been completely refinished.

The movement and bezel are the only things that are really correct.

I initially thought it looked ok for sub £7k but have passed...like you say there is too much missing. Thanks.

I would rather have a like new modern 'First Omega in Space' reference than this vintage 105.003 that has been made to look new with all of its service parts, polish etc.

    Save some money too!

I think the overall appearance aesthetics of watch are nice ... Case looks good and bezel good.... If price right ( very low end of speedmaster101 or may be lower ).... the dial is the snag
