I just wanted to share few photos and of course thank a lot of people here and especially Spacefruit for his good advises and amazing website. I found this 105.012 in an auction in the east of France which was sold following a succession. It came with box & papers from 1967 and with 2 services from 1972 & 1982. According to what I see the glass has been changed and there is a scratch close to the 6 hours and the case must have been polished a couple of times but the rest really looked amazing to me... the bezel, lume, the 1067 bracelet... of course let me know should you notice something strange to my "candide" eyes Hope you will enjoy the bad following pictures as this is my first watch shooting and thanks to OF hopefully not the last !
So you are the one who pick up this one ... I regreat to let it go and not "fight" more in the auction Looks gréât !
Really sorry Stef2010 & cristos may be a last picture to pardon me Were you in the room or on the phone ?
It's rare to have a full set like this! Can you let us know the sold price, just to add to the discussion on value?
Sure thing it cost me 4,000 EUR all in (auction price+fees+transport) Which is I think a decent amount compare to the status of the watch and box and papers.
The pictures are not clear, but the top edges of the lugs look a bit soft probably due to polishing. Still very good deal if true. If not, it's a steal!
