Hello Omega Forum, have the opportunity to get a kit of a Speedi 105.012-65. how do you rate the condition of the bezel, hands and dial?
What would be a fair price?
Thank you very much in advance

Well... If all that's there is in the pictures, I would conclude it is not too exciting.

The dial is clearly washed, hence in a relatively poor state, although it could make a decent candidate for a relume as most of the printing is still there and the surface seems fairly okay. DON is certainly worth something and a drop-end chrono hand usually comes in handy too. If you've got the skill to use the parts, and have a need for it, it definitely represents a value. I personally would consider the DON, perhaps the chrono hand and leave the rest.

I assume the seller will want to sell it as one lot. Putting a monetary value on that would in my case equate to 1200 to 1500 EUR, tops. Maybe a bit more if the third subdial hand would be present too.

No problem. Please note this assessment is a very personal one as I've only put a value on the things that make sense to me. The bezel at 800, the chrono hand at another 400 and 300 for the rest, including the dial. Others might be willing to put more money down for the lot. For me, it is really just about the parts that I would have a use for. Anyway, curious whether you're buying it and if so, at what price.
