    Hi,

I'm new here, though been lurking for a little while to research.
I have just bought my first Omega Speedmaster. A 105.003 dated 1964.

It requires a bracelet and I would love to find the correct item. From what i have found, its the 7912, is this correct, what other identifiers and or dimensions should i look out for please?

Secondly, Who and where would you recommend for a service? I'm in the North of England (Cumbria).

    Many thanks,
    Chris.

Coincidentally I bought a 105.003-65 yesterday. It came with the original braceket which is a 1035. I believe these kind of replaced the 7912 so if you want to be 100% correct, I'm not entirely sure if a 1035 would go with a -64.

reading speedmaster101, it makes reference to the bracelet dates and they are often 2-3 years newer than the watch on supply!
    Any thoughts?
Trying to find direction here prior to receiving the item, any idea on width at pins?

An extract from the archives may help. My -65 was actually produced in '67 and sold in'68, so it has a 68 stamped bracelet.

Yes, that is correct re. bracelets often being younger than the watch.
Th lug width on your Ed White is 19mm

    btw............congratulations!

Personally, I find the 105.003 ('Ed White') to be possibly the most interesting 321 due to the interesting back story. Please feel free to post some pics.

    Hi Mozambique,

    Thank You.
I have looked at your bracelet, not ever having had one, not sure as to condition. The links lie out of line and look a little stretched! Is this the case or do they tend to sit in rather a random way when laid out? Also, the winged end keepers are missing, what problems do you encounter from this, can they be found along with damaged end links?

    Thank you,
    Chris.
