After a delay from midwest weather and an airplane repair, my new "Ed White" arrived yesterday.... While I was out of the office!

It is in amazing condition. Here are a few iphone snaps in the unflattering florescent lighting of my office. Will post some better ones when I have time.

I've been wearing mine daily for weeks (until yesterday but I'll do an incoming on the 105.012-65 later....).

There is just something about the straight-lugs case and it's slightly smaller size. Almost as if the "Pro" model is the "in-yer-face" football-playing brother, and the .003 is the genius composer/artist in the family.

Ah, I'll stop sighing and let you shift your eyes from digital to analog. Enjoy it in great health!

Just curious, are those hands original? The appear to be so white compared to the hour marks? Even the hand in the middle, lower register seems to be more aged than the 3 large hands and the 2 other register hands. Always learning.

I have no reason to believe otherwise, given the overall condition.The hour register hand paint has flaked more, but under magnification, the others show signs of age as well.

The tritium in the hour, minute, and chrono hands is a close match to the markers. It perhaps appears lighter as it is surrounded by white.

 

Wow! That looks awesome! I think if I wore that whilst driving I'd crash my car . Congrats!
