My 105.003 is finally back from engine overhaul (including replacement of broken spring) :):):) .
A few quick pics (please excuse, I'm still struggling with the macro functionality of my camera)

    Have a nice weekend!

ummm...whoa. At a loss for words! That is soooo beautiful! Refreshing to see a dot over 90 instead of a chip over 90!

I am lucky to have a brother in law who is a watchmaker.
    And specializes in vintage watches.
The only thing it still needs is the correct crown, it currently has a later replacement.

MikiJ is correct - Think we all have that 'chip over our "A"' but that's okay : )
Wished I could look like that after a spa treatment but that wouldn't help me anyway.

Georgieboy58 - What a great timepiece. Looks great post spa

Can't wait to see what strap/bracelet option you decide on. And wrist shots!! please.

Don't beat me guys, but recently I'm wearing all of my watches on nato straps.
I also do not possess the original bracelet that would match a 105.003-65.
The one I selected today is a light greyish green:

And here is the wrist shot:

As a non native english speaker I'm not sure if I got the jokes regarding "chip over the A" right.
Are you guys referring to lumbar spine issues?

    Regards
    Georg

NATO's are an acquired taste, but just put "Speedmaster NATO" in a search engine like Google, and see all the images. I like the leather ones, too. And strap changes are so easy when you don't have to remove spring bars.

My recently acquired 105.012-65 on NATO today:

So the joke was that many of these bezels are chipped up, especially by the dot over the 90.
But on this watch it only has a chip over the "A" in Tachymeter..and then I said...

Oh never mind if you have to explain it, it probably isn't that funny.

He had a few of his customers already interested in buying my watch but I will keep it as I did in the previous 30 years
