Please post pictures not just links.

It's original but in used condition. Plenty of scratches and moderate stretch with at least one link missing it's spring entirely. What are your thoughts?

I am watching this one too. It is a little high. It would need a restoration. Michael Young will do it for $250 US plus shipping. 1967 date is nice.

If you do not want the scratches polished out add a note firmly attached to the bracelet itself, do not rely on email instructions. Other than that I recommend Michael Young too.

Bought it. Price was indeed a little high, but you don't see many complete 1039s (4 sprung + 8 unsprung links on each side)--even fewer with the 516 end links. I can do the restoration. The clincher was the date, 2/67. I have a 105.012-65 that also dates to 2/67. Coincidence? I don't think so.......:)

Now that we are on the subject I always liked to know how many links a complete bracelet had. Is it 10 spring + 16 Fixed?

It looks like 24 could be a magic number. I sold one here a couple years ago that had 10 sprung + 14 fixed links, and the one I just bought has 8 sprung + 16 fixed. The difference between sprung and fixed is puzzling, but I haven't seen a 1039 with more than 24 links total.

Well I can tell you that I have a few bracelets right now in my possession that have 10 spring links and 16 fixed links. I just thought there might be more because the spring links are never 5 on each side but 6 + 4 and that made me think that maybe it was missing some.

I'm not sure about the fixed links but I'm confident that 6+4 is the correct number of sprung links.

Wow, those got really expensive. They look great though... but also as they would rattle a lot - right?
