·Based on the difference in quality and color in the name/subseconds vs outer minute track I would say it may have been redialed.

I think it's helpful to follow the prior advice of an experienced forum member who advised you to try doing your research first, form your own conclusions, then ask for opinions. Coming here, asking to be spoonfed with info about a watch will not garner you much help. We're kinda NO NO about spoonfeeding here in this forum.
