Hello all, I've just joined in order to correctly identify this model of Omega watch..if it is a genuine Omega at all.. I'll try attaching a couple of photo's (f&r) and will answer any question in order to assist in the final identification of this piece..OK on your marks..
For a couple of clues; a) inscribed on the back is 'WORLD SERVICE ORGANIZATION' & OMEGA WATCHES SWISS b) the body is of a lenticular shape, the glass being quite convex..
I'd be highly grateful if anyone out there can assist me with this perplexing matter, thanks in advance, Will

Actually the real ones are amazing on the wrist since the links are solid and much more substantial than a vintage BOR.

 

I've seen that "world service organisation" on a number of fake omegas. What is with that?
