I am in the same situation . Did You ever find out where to obtain these? I doubt Omega sells any, this 1116 bracelet was discontinued 40 years ago or so. I have still not given up the hope to find another end link. I bought it together was a "half-complete" 1116 a few years ago.

The 575 end links are still available as service parts, but they look different compared to the vintage ones.
The oem end- links are getting hard to find and quite expensive too.

On top the vintage part:

not sure if I should revive an old thread or start a new one but looking for the top clasp piece for the same bracelet. I see some complete clasps on Ebay for $475. Does that seem like a fair price?

The clasp cover? You can buy those relatively cheap and they are generally interchangeable.

or do you mean the blades (The part stamped 1116)? I’m not sure what you would define as fair, but you can buy a generic blade with no markings for $10 or no reference service blades below $50 on ebay. I wouldn’t pay anything close to the asking price for that clasp on ebay just to have the 1116 markings.

Correct. I'm looking for the clasp cover. I managed to find an 1116 bracelet for my 145022 68ST and it is missing the end links and the top clasp. I've ordered the end links already but still trying to find the top clasp and prefer it to be the correct one for the watch.

Oh Boy! didn't think of that. I see my clasp has 11 stamped on it and the one on ebay is stamped as in the attached pic. But do you think think the top clasp is correct for 145022 68ST

Cheers

the clasp cover in the ebay photo would not work with the blades that you have. The eBay one is an earlier style in which the clasp cover grips the blades together when you close it.
