    Thought I would share my most prized possession in my Omega Collection with you all. There was only 4 of these amazing timepieces produced in the world. I know the Omega Museum has one, so there is only 2 others in the world who have one too. Enjoy!

    Features:
    o Movement No. QS 14 Calibre 1117
    o Skeleton movement with Perpetual Calendar and Moon Phase
    o Calendar programmed till March 2100. Therefore, watch will only have to be reset every 100 years
    o Case, hands, cabochons, clasp is 18K gold. The rotor is 21k gold.
    o Sixty full cut Diamonds on the Bezel – diam. 1.4o – o.78 ct
    o Navy Blue Crocodile leather strap with 18K foldover clasp.
    o 21 Rubies
    o Automatic winding in both directions with ball-bearings and 42 hour reserve

    My understanding was this one and the more common @900 non skeleton ones came with a winder.

    No, this watch never has been on eBay. I guessing you have seen the Limited Edition on Ebay. This is the Restricted Edition, RRP Swiss CHF 39,000 when released in 1990. That is around $ 51,000 today.

    For a watch that is seldom worn, I have to ask if it came with instructions for re-setting the perpetual calendar? Or is the watch maintained properly set, and left running on the winder?

    It comes with instructions as well as occasionally I put it on the winder.

    I thought this was a reg production piece? where did you hear there were only four made? I have never heard of a restricted edition.

    There was 2 versions a LE with about 900 I think and the skeleton re with 4 it's confirmed.
