Surely if the Ultra Deep was 40-42mm in size and about 12-13 thick, people would’ve loved it

Maybe this is the point you're making but Omega can't even get an Aqua Terra below 13 mm, let alone an Ultra Deep. Might as well say where's the 9 mm thick dress Ultra Deep for how realistic it is.
