Seriously, who buys these things? Isn’t this taking fandom to an extreme level? On a positive note: if someone can render Mickey on the dial so well, why can’t this same group do dial restoration?

Disney is determined to brainwash, and control the world’s population by bringing back ‘80s Mickey Mouse horological merchandise...

    Not on my watch!

Unless Disney gave a license for that use they woud not be happy.

I was under the impression that some of these are authorized.

Some are licensed, like the Genta Disney watches, many are not. Considering the age of the watches I doubt they are licensed. And those pictures are copyrighted.

There was a high end jewelry shop in Disneyland up until about 15 years ago. It was the last of the independently owned stores inside Disneyland. It was back in New Orleans Square near the exit to Pirates. They had a lot of high end jewelry done with Disney Characters on them. So I assume they had some type of deal with Disney. They famously sold Rolexes as well.

Kind of really like that OP no date with Mickey leaning on the 9h marker, to be honest!
