    Just measure the sweep seconds pinion. It's also a bit more complicated than that because you need to know the tube depth, and that varies by dial configuration not just movement.

    If you're looking for a replacement seconds hand... Good luck! Replacement hands can be extremely difficult to order correctly (even if you have a source for the correct parts).

    Yes, I am looking for this information regarding a Zenith A3736.

    So at the end, I need the tube depth and the tube diameter...

    You have the watch I presume? Measure it directly with a caliper.

    Or hire your friendly watchmaker.
