    Hi

I just picked up a 1966 Favre Leuba Bathy 160 (like the one pictured here - photo credit to Mathew Bain).

It needs to be serviced, so I'm hoping to find someone who is both willing and familiar with this brand and movement.

If you have any suggestions please let me know.

This is a manual wind movement with no date. From what I understand the movement is based on Peseux caliber 320, but that is coming from other information which I've found on the web and may not be 100% accurate. One additional complication is the depth gauge.

    Thanks for your time.

Any competent independent watchmaker should be capable of servicing the watch. The only problem could be replacement parts.

Nice watch, by the way. I own several Deep Blues.

Recently sent my vintage Doxa 300T to Al Archer, with fantastic results. Doesn't have the depth gauge, but he should be able to make it "awl purty" Nice piece!!

Thanks for the suggestion - I would love to send it to Al, especially considering he lives only a half hour away. But his dance card is full at the moment.

Thank you, although the one pictured is not mine. I should really take a photo or two of my actual watch. It's like the one pictured (except no FV OEM bracelet)

Here it is, I've just taken a very quick photo. It's a great watch and massive in size. But as you can see I'm in need of an OEM depth gauge hand. I also need to find a few straps that compliment the watch. I'm currently trying to source an OEM NSA bracelet
