    Hi everyone,
My first time on any forum.... And looking to get my first omega as soon as possible as the Moonwatch has been tried on and fitted like a glove!! But here is where I need some advice,
    I have tried on a new 311.30.42.30.01.005
But seen a 3570.50.00 less than a year old on watch finder. What is the real difference between the two? Are the straps the same it is hard to tell from the pics. Is the 3570 going to be a more collectable number for the future? Sorry for the long post!....

Neither will be collectible in the future, there are just far too many made for that, its pretty much the same watch so I wouldn't worry either way

The only difference between the new 311.30.42.30.01.005 and the 3570.50 is the on the new watch, the bracelet is screw adjustments instead of pins. Actually, the old pin bracelet is earlier to deal with. The other difference ifs the monster goody box with lots of stuff you don't need, loope, NATO band, Velcro band, bracelet adj too. I'd save the$$ and get a used 3570.50. They are exactly the same watch.

Nice thing about Speedmaster Pros, there's no such thing as a bad Speedmaster Pro to buy, just bad condition pieces at times. You could pick up the book Moonwatch Only and read it cover to cover without coming across a watch that isn't worth owning.

Used 3570.50 is the way to go to get the best bang per buck. Good luck with the search!
