    Hi guys

I've been trying to search for the name of the background music for this Omega ad

So far, I've found nothing and it's beginning to frustrate me. Anyone here know?

That's called Shazam, and it says the music is some version of "Stranger (Dulac & Dubois Remix)".

I think Shazam got it wrong. :(

No way, I recognize it. One of my favorites from the eighties, Jean Michel Jarre

Hey, ya got to admit, I'm closer than Shazam :D

Sounds like the sort of stuff the Alan Parsons Project used to do.

Moreover, there are some, umm, lovely looking watches at the end of that video!

As sarcasm is hard to convey in the written word, let me just say that the word "lovely" should be taken with a pinch of salt.

Being a rather large JMJ fan, you are off by a mile mate...but yes closer than Shazam. :)

And Equinoxe was released in 1978 (Oxygene was in 1976) so not exactly 80's....but I get what you mean. I can remember the first time I ever heard Oxygene...sitting in a VW bug in Mexico City in 1979...I was 15 and it was awesome then, and I still enjoy it now while I'm working. Oxygene Part IV is a classic!

BTW if you do like this sort of music, try Ulrich Schnauss. Different than JMJ, but also quite good.

    Cheers, Al

it's a bog standard, 92 BPM Trip hop version of "Greensleeves". I'm not kidding.

I shazamed the last few moments (where the voice-over finally finishes) 5 separate times and got 5 separate results! I'm guessing Shazam doesn't have a clue with this one.
