How can the dial - the single most likely piece to show age - be in such good shape when the rest of the watch is mediocre at best? The movement is slightly tattered and scratched, it's missing enamel on the fish medallion, the case has had it's edges dulled, and the hands don't match the indices. I call shenanigans!
