Very Difficult To Access Site, Why?

Go to (Tools) on your tool bar and click (Tools)......a window will pop up and either say (Delete browsing history) or (safety). If it says (Delete browsing history) click on and another window will open where you can fill in the check box to delete your history and cookies.///// ........If your tools opens a box that says (safety) click on (safety) and the option to (Delete browsing history) will appear.....click on and fill in the required check boxes. Good luck!!

I appreciate your trying to help me out, with the issue. I am not able to find the word 'Tools', anywhere on the page.

Not only my computer knowledge is zero over ten but my eyesight is impaired too, perhaps. I have learned to tolerate the extremely slow speed. After all, it will be approximately three weeks more, before my son comes home. When he is around, I shall refer him to this thread and most likely, he will be able to resolve the issue, once and for all.

The word tools should be found at the top of your browser page or open your icons to find it....... this will help you I hope.

I really thank you profusely, for your perseverance and painstaking effort to teach an old dog, a new trick. I think I shall wait for my son to return and he will be able to resolve the issue.

Everything seems to be set correctly, there's no errors in the logs.

Are you always using the same computer?

Late yesterday just before going to bed, my son came home.

I explained to him the issue I was faced with and asked him to read the comments and advice of respectable members of this forum. He asked me to take a rest and assured me, he would fix the problems.

This morning, I discover this website is performing as it should. Its speed is just fantastic.

I thank all respectable forum members who have participated and posted their advice. Also, I thank my son for coming home to attend to my needs. Today, he is leaving again and will be back home, before the month ends.
