The last one I saw at auction, a few years back, I believe also at Sotheby's, sold,for 125k or so. ive spent far too much time drooling over the goldberger (and Paramico) videos on hodinkee.
Interesting how he just wipes the cheese knife off on his jacket sleeve before using it to pop open these expensive watches! Obviously he's opened a few watches.
These used to go for about £20k, the last Sotheby's went for about £65k. It turned a 'grail' into unobtanium....
