For the handful of us winged hourglass fans: what's next on your Longines Most Wanted list?

Now that I have 2 of the 18ct date-at-12 watches in mint condition (Conquest 291 and Flagship 341), the hunt for the 3rd is inevitable.

Also wouldn't mind a Flagship date-at-3 with a caliber 343 or 345, then getting the remaining 34x in an Admiral date-at-6. Got the 340 (Admiral), 341 (aforementioned Flagship date-at-12), and 342 (Admiral Pulsation dial) covered. One of these days I'll have to get serious about a Conquest 19ASD too.

That conquest looks fantastic - how long do you expect hunting one down to take?

Is that a power reserve in the middle or what?

Don't see very many gold ones come around. Stainless and gold capped pop up here & there. The problem is many are in poor shape. The condtion I want could show itself tomorrow, or it could be 5 or 6 years. [IMG]

I wouldn't mind a mint example of one (or both) of my All-Guard twins. I think I glance at these on my wrist more than any other in the rotation. Something about them...size? proportion? hands? markers? all the "guards" on the back?

Last one of these I saw was gold capped and it went for around $1,200 in rather beat-up condition.

Prepare to open up the wallet and let the moths fly! :p

^ Bloody Taptalk, they're not forcing images to upload to their hosting service, then tagging them with a tapatalk watermark without asking...

The forced inline ads (which look like posts!) are coming too.

Seems like we'll be ditching Tapa sooner rather than later.

The latest version of Tapa is free. So the ads are pretty much inevitable. Shame, as its the main tool I use for looking at the forum on iPad and iPod.

The success of Tapatalk really places the emphasis on just how crappy most "forum" software is. ΩF is better than most others, but still flawed in many ways.

The ΩF2.1 project has pretty much turned in to ΩF3.0, with more drastic (in a good way) changes. It actually works on a phone quite well.

I have a Stainless Steel version of one of these being serviced at the moment. I need a correct crown for it though, if you have any leads ...

Not a target, but I think MattS's Longines Diver is hard to beat. I'd like a power reserve Conquest too, but in Stainless Steel rather than Gold.

For the Nautilus Skin Diver, you probably never find one. The watch will find you. I am not actively searching for one but have set aside funds so that if ever one falls on my lap, I do not luck myself for not having the funds.

For a man who has so many classically simple watches I'm surprised that this is in the scope, I find it to be rather busy/crowded and as our Pauline would say, "I just don't like it!".

But then again, wouldn't the place be boring if we all liked the same things.

I can´t see the day of uninstalling Tapa from my iPhone. Is the most buggy app, and unfortunately one of the most used.
    Long life to ΩF3.0:thumbsup:
