It was a great effort but I'm sure it was worth it so that all the collectors all over the world can now consult and gain valuable information about this beautiful and extremely rare Speedmaster.
I hope that all of you will enjoy reading it.

    Thank you for this Marco.
I'm very new to the Speedmaster world, but this seems like a very interesting read and detailed!

Great work Marco, thank you. I have had a flick through it and your articles just keep getting better.

I have (of course) bookmarked it and really look forward to reading it in full at the weekend.

If you can find one, and talk someone out of it, a lot. I've heard of them going for well above CK2998 money.

The last one sold by a famous italian seller was about 18K euros.

The price (in this kind of watch) is made by who had it and not by who's gonna buy it because since it's very difficult to find a good one on sale, and many collectors are looking for it, price increases.

In addition to this we must add that it is equally difficult to find one in good condition, with all the right characteristics of originality like the diameter of the push-buttons, the right range of movement's serial number, the limited number engraved on the caseback, the extract from archives that confirms that we are approaching a real Apollo Soyuz, or even better the original warranty papers.
