Just like to say, I have had my first Speedy Pro for a week now and I think its the dogs bo**ocks

Thanks OF for making me buy it - I didn't even know they existed until I got here - I thought Omegas started and stopped with vintage Constellations!

    Congrats, it's a classic!

    And a slippery slope indeed.

There are quite a few more Omega models around these parts, and you will find plenty of enablers to help discover them.

    Enjoy!

It has been said before on posts like this…… "I can't think without pictures…."

Congratulations and welcome to the money pit.

Hardly anything will get you banned from this forum, but not showing pictures is a mortal sin and earns 4 demerit points (5 demerits gets you banned).

Just a standard Speedmaster. I'm debating between a Tintin or looking for a pre moon 1969 model (my birth year)

    Cheers

A birth year watch is one of those things all of us aspire to. It's tough finding one that's high enough quality/cool enough patina to meet our expectations about expressing what we think of ourselves.

I'm still looking for something 63ish that looks like it's 18 and can drink/root/fight like nobody else.
