    Well, as a first post!

45th Anniversary speedy, AMAZING looking watch!!!

But limited to a by Omega standard, only 1969 pieces! (not much amongst 7 billion of us!)

So, where can I buy one, or are they all sold!!!

(This has set a pretty high bar for the 50th Anniversary eh!)

    Cheers!

I bought mine at my local Omega Boutique. They are trickling out one at a time to the AD's, so they are not all sold yet, but I would not wait too long. It's pricey for a Speedy, but you will love it more once its on your wrist, I haven't taken mine off in over two weeks! I bought a Rolex two weeks before buying this Speedy, and the Rolex is getting zero wrist time.

My apologies, I was pressed for time or I would have photoshopped the old white guy out of the pic :D

Mine arrived earlier this week. #155. Big thanks to DLT222 for making it happen. I left out the picture of the old white guy.

Hey guys First post. I inadvertently set myself up to buy the 45. I loved the color and the rose gold. Anyway the interesting thing was that I went into the AD and was told they had sold their only one the night before. But they offered to get me one the next day. I believe it came from Beverly Hills. My number is 159. A week later I went back and they had ordered another one. It was already in the 500's serial number. And the guy had to think about it! Apparently this does not go over well up the channel. Mine is on the titanium bracelet now. The difference is that the NATO brings out more brown in the dial. Bill

Hi Bill, congrats on the 45th, and welcome to the Omega forum! I'm waiting for my titanium bracelet, I ordered it when I bought the watch (July 20) and it still hasn't come in yet. I think by the time the watches go through assembly, final test, shipping/distributing, the serial numbers don't really imply availability or how many have been sold. Can you provide a picture of your watch on the titanium bracelet? I've only seen one picture which was posted to TRF.

From my local Omega Boutique. Might have to order one of these. It does look great on a bracelet.

Hi, I took a photo of my 45 with the band. But I can't seem to load it. How often have you had to teach newbies how to do that? Anyway, I agree about serial numbers and will check back with my AD about how they are seeing them come out. i noticed yesterday that my titanium band is not made symmetrically---the end piece at 6 o'clock is too high and interferes with the watch. My OCD tells me this could damage the rose gold facet, so back it goes. I was told that a new X33 band is to be released. you may want to see that one before making a decision. Bill

I'm not certain but I think the new X-33 is larger than the old Gen1/2. It might not fit like the old one did, it'll depend in lug width and height.
