I shifted this as part of a multiple trade-in some time ago. A very special watch now in a Danish collection!

A Seiko chronograph from 1970 - a 6139B movement with a vertical clutch (correct me if I'm wrong folks!).

That is indeed an unusual chronograph. ;)

This might not be the right thread for Curvex cleaner, but I'll bet someone will know.

I have no idea what this is. It was expensive 30 years ago though! Anyone know anything about it?

Or a Valjoux 7750 that somebody traded the minute register at 12 for a really cool airplane hand! :p

My thoughts too. I've never heard of Gabriel though. It is the only one I have ever seen!

Unusual cushion shape on this Minerva (especially for the '50s).

The Logines is interesting. Any idea what movement is in it, anyone? The indicator second on the three-o'clock-position is most interesting ...

    AuBuyer: nice Pierce, that!

Picked this one from an auction in the bay of E:

(Rectory Chronograph, massive gold, cal. Angelus 215)

It took some risk as the photos were soooo blurred, but then, there's no fun without risk, right?

The Angelus 215 is rated one of the finest chronograph calibres in history. So good in fact, that Panerai chose it for their legendary "Mare Nostro" chronograph in 1943.
