Funny how this thread only came when it was moved to eBay - aren't the sales fora any good?

there's a ton of great stuff buried in the sales forums, but it takes some searching... agree that the forums would be a better place for a transaction than ebay, you just gotta dig. it's easier to find stuff on the bay...

It's 400 bucks cheaper on the forum than on ebay. I've been keeping an eye on this one, but sadly i'm on the wrong side of the pond...

Since its on eBAY I feel free to comment on pricing. Way over priced for what it is.

Out of politeness I prefer not comment in public on the price of items for sale on the board. However, if it is posted on eBAY or any dealer site its open season, IMO.

Yes, way overpriced, yet very nice. I have the similar, slightly earlier CK 2907, but this reference is slightly larger (36 vs. 34 mm).

The Correct Price is what someone would pay at any given time. Not too long ago people in here shouted overpriced at 321 Speedies hitting the USD2500 mark.
I think the watch for sale is looking great. I am sure the right buyer can make a ok deal with the seller after some negotiations.
Shouting overpriced at everything reminds me of these two fellas:

Sure the market determines the price. Thats why the informed buyer does his research. And if you bothered to do the research, you will find this watch is overpriced, at this time.

Yeah seen a few that are, in some cases, much cheaper but they seem to be either faulty/redials/overly polished or in South America...

Priced higher than what the market will bear for this watch at this time but the condition is nice. I've always thought these cal. 321 seamasters were underpriced and perhaps they will become more valuable in the future. I passed on a few under $2k cal. 321 speedmasters about 5 years ago and I wish now I had bought all of them - of course I'm not saying the seamaster 321s will follow this path but even the now well valued cal. 321 speedmasters had their low points.
