Looks OK... Mid 70's Defy, less prized than the earlier ones with octagonal "Miura" cases.

 

its it's been listed a few times. My recollection is that it has a fairly small case. It should be on a bracelet...

Subdial hands probably service replacements. Nice bracelet, if incorrect for this model. More photos of back and movement needed.
