Give the condition and the lack of bezel is this not near top of its price range for 861 cal?

The Wadsworth case is a little overpolished and it's probably a replacement crown, but what a dial and movement!

I guess because it looks like a bunch of grains of barley. 😕

It's a caliber 344 I think - the swan's neck regulator and subdial seconds are probably the tip offs. I think the 342 only had the stick regulator.
