True. That was done by my watchmaker WatchGuyUK using a compact digital. Have plans myself to rig some equipment in order to explore photo techniques further the coming months. I have already rigged a light tent and tripod for my Lumix GF-1. Some macro extension tubes have also been added. Needs some light sources in order to complete the setup.
It is nice to see the small detail of things we often take for granted or miss because our eye is trained to look for something else. I always admire those collectors who find the uniqueness and beauty in the less obvious brands.
