I recently purchased an Omega Seamaster De Ville and was wondering if it is an authentic Vintage Omega. I can tell that the sweeping second hand has been replaced. It appears to have an 860 cal. I couldn't find any information on the Vintage Omega Database. Any thoughts?

 

Yes, its quite genuine, a ladies model.

 

I couldn't find any information on it. It is a ladies size but how can you tell? I also noticed that the hour and minute hands are slightly different. Do you think they are original or have they been replaced as well?
