So the turnout was small but still a lot of fun. Some great conversation, new faces and some great new watches.

At this point the staff knows I'm obsessed with the DSOM and 45th Anniversary SM and have take to taunting me about them.

The new Seamaster 300s looked amazing.

There was a vintage reverse panda chrono with the iconic 321 movement.

The new Tresors with the textured dials were a big hit. They are beautiful.

The DSOM photo bombed one of my shots.

We saw some great pieces from the museum collection.

This DeVille got passed around. It's pretty substantial on the wrist.

A gold dialed AT w/ two tone band. Not a big fan of gold watches, but I really liked this.

These Speedmaster 57s were beautiful. That sunburst blue dial is pretty.

Making some minor adjustments for one of the attendees. Notice the technician is wearing a watch on each wrist.

Unfortunately, the Lunar Dust wasn't available for the event. That was honestly the only disappointment and was soon forgotten.

Omega was great as always and they want us back in November so keep an eye out for the event announcement.
Thanks again to the entire staff at the boutique for hosting us and showing us some great pieces, both new and old.

What is that gold chronograph? It seems uncommonly elegant.

Lots of fun was had by all. The staff was splendid. Warm and friendly and willing to show you whatever you desired. Thank you again Ryan.

The SM300 is bloody great! I really like the look, the feel, the bracelet and clasp. The bezel does show finger prints more than mine, but that is no where near a deal breaker for me. And I love that there is no date! Simply simple!

SM300 and my SMP 2254. Hopefully one day they will share space in my collection.

SM300's in RG and TT RG.

SM300 in RG. It has a solid weight and looks fantastic in person.

Great working display of the Co-Axial!

    Me, with OMEGA bling.

vvv The store had two rings on display. I really liked this one because the scallops are a reference to the standard SMP 300. I needed a new wedding ring (that is another thread) so I was in a conundrum because I liked this one and another one. I will post a separate thread about that.

vvv Eric is one of the technicians at the store and he tested and regulated my 2254 for me when I told him the timing was off. OMEGA's standards are more strict than COSC; -1/+3 seconds per day. Eric got my SMP to +1 per day.

Sorry I meant Bullhead. No, not from 1969. The new ones.

I think he either misspoke or you heard that tolerance wrong. All Omega COSC rated watches are allowed to have from -1 to +6 seconds daily average rate. The "target rate" for the 1120 and most other COSC movement is +3 seconds per day, so maybe that's where the 3 came from in your discussion.

Either that or Eric needs to go and read Omega Work Instruction 28 again to refresh his memory. ;)

    Looks like a nice event.

    Cheers, Al

Damnit Eric, you're killing me. That's pretty. Did you pick that up in France?

Yup, from the store I told you about. Let's do a get-together dinner in Boston for Omega aficionados.

Not sure where the strap is from cristos71, it came with the watch. I did buy an original Omega bullhead strap & buckle to put on it though. This looks like (but isn't) one of the Heuerville straps.

    Very nice one RyanPatrick...

Looks like a lot of fun and beautiful watches...
I have to comment on your comment that the technician is wearing two watches.. Apologies, for I am also at this moment. First time for awhile, but I had to give my Sinn 103A Sa and my Seamaster 2201.50 both a spin. I don't usually do it in public, but with friends and in private.. Why not Life's Short!
If I ever attend a GTG, it is definitely with both wrists adorned...
Thanks for the great coverage and pics..
