Based on the case parts listing below, the crown for your watch is a Tap 10 and the Cousins crown is Tap 9. http://cgi.julesborel.com/cgi-bin/matcgi2?ref=Ome+cs#14902&submit=Search In other words, close but no cigar. Probably worth giving Cousins a call and asking about that specific case reference. Good luck, gatorcpa
Hi gatorcpa, Thanks for your answer. I tried as you suggested, however Cousins insist that the crown for the 14902 is indeed tap 9(?) (Tried their non-listed quotations, and got an answer 5 five minutes later - great!)
I think tap 9, pendant tube 2.0 may well be correct for this calibre and case reference. At the price, it would be worth the risk just to get one and try it out, I would say. P. S. I always forget to mention this - it would be a very good idea to get a stem, ref 550-1106, at the same time
Send out the bat signal for Al Archer! Boley.de would agree with Cousins. At this point, I would place the order. http://boley.de/en/case-parts/omega/5431?search=14902 Wouldn't be the first time that Borel's database was incorrect. But it's still pretty comprehensive. gatorcpa
Unfortunately the Extranet does not give this level of detail (pendant and tap size) on every crown, so all I can tell you is that the crown listed for this case is 069ST42055. The 069ST32005 crown is listed as available on the Extranet, but not for this case reference. No photos available of either to see what they look like. Cheers, Al
I dunno. I hunted and pecked around the Jules Borel website for a while and it seems to be all over the board on these crowns. I would not take it for granted that the 32005 crown is 10-sided either. If it winds up that it fits your watch and is a thin 10-sided crown, let me know and I may order a yellow one for my Ref. 167.005, it shows up there as compatible. The Cousins price is about half of the JB price. gatorcpa
