Hi, is this genuine?

 

Unfortunately it is neither a genuine Omega or made from 18kt gold. It is a common fake. As for value, I don´t think much, maybe a few euros if it works.

 

I've never seen a gold case flaking like this one guess the markings get a C- for effort.
