Can anyone here tell me what this number on this Omega Seamaster ref. 145.029 case-back means?
Is it a personal engraving or more likely something military?
Never seen this but I am not an Omega expert.
    Thanks.

Not this time. The cal. 1011 is a chronometer grade automatic, time-only movement. The OP's watch has a cal. 861 manual wind chronograph, like a Moonwatch.

That looks to be an internal organizational serial number. .

You are correct that some later Omegas have the caliber number engraved on the back in a similar manner.
