For my two cents (inflation!!) is worth. I have seen some of the chronometre pieces from the 1950's that seem untouched to show only marking on the dial and not on movement. Especially several Captains.

I love the description of the blue Espada. 1 of 1 indeed. I think the seller will have to knock about $12k off the price to move that one.

 

I think there may be at least one original part in there somewhere.

 

Those aren't ammonia cakes. They're little marshmallows painstakingly strained out of Swiss Miss cocoa mix. Delicious.

Why bother with the dial furniture when you've got loads of "Green Stuff"?
