Nice looking, but I'm really disappointed it's white gold. To me, the GMT is a functional watch that's designed to be worn every day. You shouldn't be worried about wearing it on a trip to the beach or hiking. It should be stainless like the classic version.

 

I think after all the time and research they wanted to get $$$ back. Developing that redish ceramic color is NOT easy

 

I would think this watch is very capable of handling these [trip to the beach or hiking] trivial activities

 

Count me as being on the bus for people who don't want a tool watch to be gold no matter what the color is.

Looks great but the price tag is sad. I'm disappointed Rolex chose to turn it's back to their fab-base like this. Oh well
