Longines with Very Unique Lugs - Help with Info ont this piece please?

    Dear Respectable members

    I have never seen a Longines piece with these particular fancy lugs. Would be most grateful if you could please shed some light on this piece, especially the lugs and how rare/unique this piece is:

    It's a caliber 23M from 1943 according to the serial number. There were plenty of case makers who made cases for Longines - some in partnership with the brand, others aftermarket. Seen this before. While it may be uncommon, that doesn't make it more valuable.

    I don't know that they have an 'official' name. How about beehive lugs? Snowman lugs?
