    Hi guys!
This Longines is running on ebay right now. Some issues though...::confused2::
    1. The dial doesn't look right to me(redial perhaps ).
    2. Also the movement looks a bit older(no shockproof and early serial)comparing with the late style logo.
    3. Seconds hand looks off...
    Any thoughts?
    Thanks!

It's been redialled for sure. No "Swiss Made" at the bottom of the dial. Movement is from the 1930's. Longines rarely used logos on the dial then.

Case has rust issues and movement looks dirty.

    I'd pass on it.

I'll be a contrarian and vote "original dial" here. "Swiss Made" wasn't obligatory on 1930-1940s Longines dials. Lovely leaf hands and flat bezel on this one.

That is true, however the Longines logo on this dial doesn't look right for that era.

I agree that the case and hands are very likely original.

This matter deserves a closer investigation specially because you can find dozens of vintage Longines from this period with doubtful appearance.
