Hi peeps I own a 1045 movement I was thinking of putting it in a speed master 125 case, that is if it can be done? Regardless, what are my options of which cases fit this particular movement?
    Thanks for your time, James

    Hi.
    The 1045 is a Lemania 5100 movement.
The Speedy125 was made for a 1040/1041. These are kind of related but not very.
The dial layout is different so you would not be able to fit a Speedy 125 dial on the 1045. Also the 1045 is .2 mm higher than its older brothers.
As for what would fit I suggest to search the Omega vintage database for caliber 1045 or look for Lemania 5100 cases.
    Cheers!

The 1045 will fit in a 'mark 4.5' case, and of course the grail case. T:here are alternatives from other mfgs as well like Sinn, Orfina, Tutima, and even Lemania themselves. It is a bulky movement, so really, you gotta find another case made for the 1045.

Search ebay for 'lemania 5100' and you'll find some examples.
