    I'm not sure of the model reference without more views of the lugs (from the side), case back, inside case back, and movement. But this is probably a solid gold Omega automatic dress watch of the period, with a 28.10 RA SC movement (cal 350) inside. The dial and hands look correct, but the crown has been replaced.

    A very nice watch indeed! And it looks very much like mine here from 1946, which has the original crown (I think), but different lugs. If it is the same, the automatic bumper movement will look like in the second picture below and if it is solid gold, there should be a hallmark somewhere on the side of the case as in the third picture below.
